Applicable to poles with Ф8, Ф12.5, Ф14.4 Ф17, Ф20, Ф25, Ф32, Ф38, Ф42, Ф50 and Ф100 that coil copper, and crystallizer protective sleeves that coil a variety of abnormally shaped products.
Product Performance and Features
The product has graphite material as main material, and does not pollute copper fluid. Preliminary heating is not necessary (dry it after being damped). Use it after installation. It is not easy to oxidize, burst or crack, and can be used repeatedly. The product has overcome not only the easy oxidation shortcoming of ordinary graphite protective sleeves, but also the shortcomings of carborundum protective sleeves, such as pre-heating required and easy to burst.
Usage
Firstly install the heat insulation sleeve before the protective sleeve. Do not make it too tight. It is not allowed to knock it with a hammer. Then install the graphite mold. Do not screw graphite mold to the end, leaving 2-3 threads. After that, use an asbestos rope to coil two circles on the 2-3 threads of the graphite mold, and then screw to the end. It can be used as along as the graphite mold is sealed closely with the bottom of the protective sleeve. When changing the graphite mold, remove the former one and install a new one by following the steps above. The replacement is convenient, and the protective sleeve is not easy to be damaged.
