All indicators of graphite electrode comply with the Ferrous Metal Industry Standard of People's Republic of China strictly.
The graphite electrode we produce selects high-quality petroleum coke, needle coke and coal tar pitch and other low-ash raw materials, which are graphitized at above 3000°C after calcining, dosing, kneading, shaping, roasting and pressure impregnation, and then go through mechanical processing. The product is characterized by low resistivity, good conductivity performance, low ash, compact and uniform structure, good oxidation resistance and high mechanical strength.
Product Category
The product can be divided into normal power, high power and ultra-high power graphite electrode according to its quality level.
1. Normal power graphite electrode
The normal power graphite electrode allows using current density of 17A/cm2 below, and is mainly used in steelmaking, silicon refining and yellow phosphorus refining.
2. Anti-oxidation coating graphite electrode
Coated with an anti-oxidation protective layer, the graphite electrode forms a protective layer which can not only conduct electricity but also resist high temperature oxidation, in order to reduce the electrode consumption in steelmaking.
3. High power graphite electrode
High power graphite electrode allows using current density of 18-25A/cm2, and is mainly used in high power electric arc furnace for steelmaking.
4. Ultra-high power graphite electrode
Ultra-high power graphite electrode allows using current density of 25A/cm2, and is mainly used in ultra-high power electric arc furnace for steelmaking.
NORMAL POWER GRAPHITE ELECTRODE
The company uses high-quality petroleum coke and pitch coke as main raw materials, which go through molding, baking, graphitization and machining and become normal power graphite electrode for conductive materials. The production standards completely comply with YB/T 4088-2000.

Electric arc furnace steelmaking, industrial silicon furnace, yellow phosphorus furnace, corundum furnace
Nearly 30% of China’s graphite electrodes are for export. Domestic demands come mainly from four industries: electric arc furnace steel-making industry (35%), submerged arc furnace for yellow phosphorus smelting (9%), abrasive industry (8%) and industrial silicon (5%); other industries have little demand. The graphite electrodes with allowable current density of less than 17A/cm2 are mainly used in normal power electric furnaces for steelmaking, silicon refining and yellow phosphorus refining.
Product Inspection
The company’s Quality Control Department is responsible for quality inspection of electrodes. Customers can examine and accept products in accordance with provisions of the standard.
Package
Graphite electrodes are packaged in wooden boxes and wooden bottom brackets, and bundled up by steel strips.
Mark
Finished electrodes are marked a safety line on the surface corresponding to the bottom of connector hole.
